All capital raisings are going to have a dilutionary effect, and 16% is not that bad. The key to this recent capital raising round is that it provides us with a much stronger balance sheet to have the ability to continue the commercialisation program of making sales and creating value for all shareholders.
The price of the placement was appropriate at the time given the trading conditions in recent months, especially with the market waiting for sales, but also knowing a capital raising was imminent.
We look forward to growing sales, growing the value of the company and all shareholders, including those who have been there from the early days (me from day 1 as a co-founder) who have invested funds (including myself), being rewarded.
