Yes Thorium I wonder what the strategy is behind resolution 4??
It would lead to considerable dilution if the full amount was issued (25%)
IMO at the current SP this would be a gift to the recipients or recipient especially if one group was able to gain a large percentage of SBR.
This resolution seems not to be in the best interest of shareholders....
