yep, another wrong statement about not diluting share holder value. This company is a HUGE MESS..... and then they say placement to sophisticated investors at a discount. I think these shares have been dumped already with a quick profit. I only have a smaller parcel left with the hope they somehow get that contract and maybe a miracle and they can issue a 500m$ bond, but to be honest, I lost almost my entire confidence in this management.
I know people will come out again and tell me how good the prospect are but I tell you once again....look at any achievements and deadlines reached.

On a positive note, at least I now know that they can stay for another one or two months afloat
