    Doesn't look good for CNP holders.

    No distribution for seven years. No Insto will even touch CNP.

    Can someone enlighten me on what happens at maturity of hybrid securities. If they want to convert them into shares, will they have to put in extra cash? If not then it's a really raw deal for CNP SH.
