Options to staff still feed through the financial accounts and impact bottom line results, but until LNC commercial operation is fully up and running investors could accept higher costs and no result.

Paying money out the door as salary/bonus still impacts bottom line - but it's just that cash out the door.

IMO preserving cash is more key right now.

Options shold still be responsible though to avoid dilution which some people have refered to in their earlier posts.

I really hope that LNC makes it as big as everyone hopes for here, and to be honest IMO, I doubt that share options would be the issue that slow the ride.
