This was my comment in the other thread regarding this:
Interesting that since the capital raising announcement, 577m shares have traded. The total capital raising including the possible September placement is 2,800m shares at 27 cents.
So you might assume that some shareholders might be selling existing shares above 27 cents knowing that they have or will have new shares at 27 cents.
If we have a line in the sand at 27 cents then it is probably because the underwriters (all the 2,800m shares have been underwritten at 27 cents) are supporting the price. It is interesting that there were no trades at 27 with the lowest price being 27.5.
So when will this selling pressure dry up?
