    V1, Don't understand your numbers. 24% of shareholders subscription to the spp was knocked back, leaving over-subs accepted of around 2.5m, totalling around 5.75m, the same as the institutionsl placing.
    Proceeds will be used to retire debt so will immediately enhance bottom line and ultimately assist with financing growth.
