mistie is actually saying this is bad for HNR not for SCR, and I agree.
SCR should be happy with this arrangement as it is well and truly in their favour. They are actually making a reverse take over of HNR and therefore gaining access to HNR's liquid investments. As an HNR shareholder I have to say I am a bit disappointed in the terms.
On another note, Western Areas has acquired Kagara's nickel projects for $68M, which lie adjacent to HNR's landholding in the Forrestania belt. These leases still hold potential IMO.
