strong dilution of share price or net assets?
yes the nav will fall, from a previous 66c to possibly 10-20c. that is strong dilution.
but will sp fall from 5.3c to 0.5c? i doubt it, especially if bumblebee are paying 5c per share. do you think its their intention too turn $200mil@5c into [email protected]?
