theirs still risk they wont, and i have no regrets about my position.
but i think the numbers are too compelling for bumblebee. the 3month clause on asset sales is a non issue as they dont intend selling.
the non-solicitation is not an issue, and the break fee will be insignificant compared to the benefits.
the csi may still win, but i think he needs to put a new offer in now.
