Disgaree with the last statement. BEPPA and BBI interests can never be totally aligned since both registers have a number of investor types (i.e. arb funds are only part of the story).
BEPPA investors will vote no only if they like their chances of getting a significantly better deal.
If they vote no BBI will be worth nil (IMO).
Each to their own buy I would not buy BBI @ 3.8c given this risk. Prefer BEPPA.
