The reason for this is so simple and not so much todo with Jim or the opinion of "I hate Communism /Now I love Communism" numbers.
The UKs interest rate is a full point and the USA a point and a half higher than ours. Can you even imagine the blood on the streets if the RBA had our Housing Bubble at 5.5% ??????
