Gee Gavel, you seem to have missed the part where PBT2 has already demonstrated statistical, that is STATISTICAL, improvement in a short 3 month clinical trial. That is they already have results on the board. Medivation somehow got the FDA to accept a dodgey Russian trial result to enter phase3 trials and that blowout is the result. Pranas trial was held in Sweden and Australia. All of the other high profile blowouts proceeded to phase 3 based on hope, but with no phase 2 success. It looks like J&J is trying to get a good result by extending their trial by a few years. Prana is the only experimental disease modifying drug to demonstrate statistical improvement in proper regulated trials that I know of. To demonstrate that in just 3 months is outstanding. By disase modifying I mean the patients were getting better. Please correct me if I am wrong.
