It's been discussed in previous discussions. For example, the average success rate at Phase 1 less than 10% but above 60% at Phase 3 (much higher due to confirmed safety and confirmed efficacy, albeit in a small, non- statistically significant sample).
The Advanz deal adds confidence re due diligence of Phase 2a and other matters.
If success was 100% likely, the SP would be above $1 now. Current price is an attractive risk-reward situation.
