Anyone here know who Peter Fletcher Meurs is and is he anyway related to Dimerix? Not much detail on the web, other than few references to him being a cornerstone investor!
He’s the largest shareholder of DMX holding over 16% in shares and over 20% options. It appears the convertible note worth 15m shares also belongs to Peter!
