Nope it’s the reverse. The dimx drug is chemokine inhibitor and I posted on this before. A nephrologist told me as part of my DD that chemokine inhibitors actually show REDUCED effectiveness the longer they are used. It’s a known thing in pharmacology called “tolerance” as it can happen with other drugs.
—-and she was right , there’s a paper you can download online called “development of tolerance to chemokine receptor antagonists : current paradigms” by Grudzien published in frontiers in immunology 28 July 2023.
