Obviously mine and others calls have had zero impact in getting the management to loosen up with information, to honour their responsibilities to the share holders/owners of the company. They feel zero responsibilities to shareholders. To quote the company member I spoke to "We are also shareholders and are frustrated with the situation." My bet is those shares were not bought with cash but were issued and therefor do not have the same phsycological effect than as if you ponied up your hard earned. They also get salaried while they wait.
The spokes person expressed fear at contacting the BSI for information about progress. I think at some point you have to stand up, carefully of course. Would BSI be offended about an enquiry, after they had told it would be only 30 calender days and its now approaching 50.
I suspect that if one didn't enquire then it is a sign of carelessness.
TIS has been involved with BSI for a couple of years, and if in that time they haven't developed some relationship with someone at BSI, enough to ask a simple fair question as to the state of the review, considering the backflip that has occured by BSI, considering the effect it is having on the company financially, then it is appallingly poor.
And what of our distribution partner whos part mantra is its ability to guide through regulation proceedures. They are quite a powerful company, but can't help?
Its all unbelievable, and even though fact is often wilder than fiction, this is too far out to be taken at face value.
If the reason is true that the company won't enquire out of fear then I suggest its time to get a little spine.
The sell side is growing showing stake holders are losing confidence in the company, regardless of the product. The company doesn't care, but it should, because we all know the company will eventually have their hand out for more money soon enough to these same people.
I just don't get it, that they don't get it about investor relations, unless their is another game going on we are not privy too.
