I think CMR is a strong buy... apart from their resource, the very fact that parties are clamouring over themselves to pay 42c - more than double the curent SP - tells you that they see a great deal of potential.
I think that shareholders would be crazy not to vote in favour of the resolution.
Not sure if any knows who has been doing the selling the last few days? It traded well above its average volume, and there was a constant seller of 250k lots. There havent been any chances in substantial ownership so I'm at a loss as to who the seller is... is it Cornell? Does anyone know?
Regardless, I feel that when the selling dries up CMR will rocket.
