    It depends on your approach to share ownership.

    If you are a long-term investor, have researched your target companies and view a share as being part ownership of a business, then you will be buying when you have the money to do so. Over time if the business does well, you will do well. It really is as simple as that.

    There are very skilled practitioners who can pick highs / lows through T/A or other mechanisms and trade accordingly. A number of these frequent HC. I am not one of them and unless you are too, painful as it may currently be, it is worth taking a longer term view.

    If all else fails, power down, go for a walk and remind yourself of the Centro fundamentals. You'll come back feeling a lot better I promise.
