If we all remember the volume and detail of announcements prior to the conversion of OBs, to get them across the line.. and management did right up until the 11th hour! 95% conversion rate from memory at 9c..
There were those around who also thought they wouldn’t get them across the line..
I wouldn’t write the OAs off just yet.. There’s still time and assays to be released.. But as always, the risk is the sphere of influence and third parties..
