    Hi Dingo,

    I spoke with Warwick today and the placement is coming "within the week", its all agreed and just needs to be announced. There wont be a share consolidation which is also good and means that the oppies will only need 2c to be in the money. GDA are casting their eyes over SGW especially mineral rights to existing holdings and venture partners are looking to bring Virgin online for production.
