Just saw a lengthy article in today's "South China Morning Post", which among other things states: QUOTE: "Some of the world's biggest mining companies with multibillion dollar investment plans in the Democratic Republic of Congo face losing major contracts as the government moves closer to scrapping or renegotiating deals in the resource-rich country. Sixty-one mining contracts under review by a mining commission should be cancelled or renegotiated, according to a preliminary report. The final version of the report should be presented to Congo's Ministry of Mines tomorrow, he said. END OF QUOTE Note: Just parts of the whole article are mentioned in my above quote.... Would indeed be GREAT, IF NWA could come out of this whole messy situation smelling like roses. Certainly a high risk/high profitability kind of situation.... Some clarification by the company on WHERE they stand in relation to this overall review would/will be helpful, but if DINGO (or anybody else) could already find out before and post, this would even be better.....
