Hard to make sense of what you are trying to say, however, the explanation given by the article is fair and reasonable....the carving is not thousands of years old, only hundreds at best.
If there was a population of Steg's still living a few hundred years ago it would seem that there would be evidence of their existence, reports, sightings, bones, etc....yet there is nothing.
If say for the sake of argument someone interpreted the bible reference, the description is too vague to even suggest a Stegosaurus,
It just doesn't support the existence of living Dinosaurs in recent history, ie, the biblical timeline.
