David25 AVO have a large backer in Pala Investments. They are not about to go broke. If necessary they can do a significant capital raising - either via placement or rights issue - much more easily than either DIO or RMS could do one. So your scenario is highly unlikely.
By the way,DIO shareholders who accepted the offer already have their AVO shares - so can sell them if they want to any time.
