    regarding the arbitrage oportunity...

    a). Its possible that all small holders have already done what you suggest.

    b). volume is so thin on both ends, that it would be near impossible to move any real parcels through.

    regarding the recomendation; I just hope it comes through after RMS get back up and well above 50cents.
