    AVO's potential holding in DIO will 23.4% (assumption all directors accept + the 21.16%).

    Bakersteel Capital (12.66%) may likely accept, even it originally accepted when AVO offer of 2.82 for 1 would potentially bring AVO's holding to 36.06%.
