As I said before the Directors were required to make that recommendation because if the bid failed then it was likely that the SP would have fallen.

damned if you do damned if you don't scenario.

In any event why would you sell before the deadline. Not trying to be smart but if you had read the company announcement instead of the media plus ring the company then you may have still been in it.

Anyhow sorry to hear your predicament.
