I take your point Netraam re the helicopter view.
There are 2.17 million shares issued, and I can't recall exactly but another about 150 million shares to be issued as conversion of debt to equity by the Chairman (at 9 cents conversion rate).
Actually bankers aren't worried about the potential future share price whatsoever, they are only concerned about getting their money owed - so they're more concerned about repayment ratios from net profits.
