I'm a relatively new investor in SGN (weighted average entry price = 84c), although I have followed the stock for a while while employed as a fund manager. This is the first time in years that I have seen value in the stock. I think it will be a fine investment...the trading in recent days looks to me decidely like some hot money exiting the stock in anticipation of a capital raising to fund some businesses from PGA. I'm not sure PGA will be distressed seller of assets given Reg Grundy (23% shareholder) and Orion (6%) shareholder as well as other existing institutional investors are likely to support recapitalisation of PGA.
