There is always a potential to misread company announcements. Some make it quite clear as to what they are doing and some tend to mess it up a bit and this causes confusion. CCC have made pretty good announcements from what I can see and the key thing for CCC shareholders is to keep in mind that this looks to be a very good business and one that will not be affected by Australia's forays into mining/ETS taxes. CCC being off shore will result in better profits to shareholders should the ETS emerge on aussie coal miners. The world demand for thermal coal is increasing not decreasing. So hang in there and don't get too put off by various interpretations of announcements.
