The current price of CXY might be due to short selling.
The possible scenario with CXY’s low share price:
1. DI and other sophisticated investors (bought CXY shares at $0.145 p/sp (50mill)) lend stock to hedge funds
2. Hedge funds (main activities is short selling) sold shares at a high price (06/06 –31mill at $0.24-0.22 and 12/06 -$0.26 –0.21 20mill). They made good profits.
3. Hedge funds need to return shares. As such they drug the share price down to buy them back from small investors like you and me (current prise $0.17-0.18).
