Anyone can place or remove orders between 4 and 4 10 and if you watched the course of sales during the last few days small bids are jumping a tiny bid into the sell. the price has been held up by tiny bids hundreds of times over the last few weeks, it was unusally sold down by a small bid today.
Share price movement, and I mean real volume grenerated share price movement is a factor of business health and currently FGR is not heatlhy.
