don't directors usually buy before a significant announcement? saw a survey a few years ago about directors buying but can't remember specifics like average of 5-6 days before ann.
IMU has a net profit of $1.9m as at 31 Dec 2008, its planning on giving out some dividends, has strong balance sheet. Most importantly, its strategic alliance with Merial will guarentee revenues in future years.
It has products on the verge of commercialisation. Anyone see that farm last month in the Netherlands withs pigs vaccinated with PRRS vaccine and Merial's circovirus vaccine?
