Hi M T W,
I agree with your constructive thoughts.
What absolutely amazes me when I read comments regarding spec stocks or penny dreadfuls ( and Q M N presently does fit into this category ) is that everyone wants everything to happen yesterday, and in the case of Q M N this is certainly not going to happen.
I always use as a comparison Q M N,s neighbour Cudeco as an example of the hard road to success facing some companies. Cudeco has been in the limielight for some years now and whilst its share price would shade that of Q M N it is still seemingly a LONGGGG way from commencing a mining operation. To date Cudeco has spent millions of dollars in proving up what has been revealed to date. Whilst Q M N is only a minnow in comparison, when considering C D U's plight it only seems natural and feasible that we have a long road ahead of us and any thoughts of early producing is only imagination in ones mind.
However IMHO any criticism of H.R. is not justified as the man is quite obviously in his sixties and doing his darndest to get things going to the complete satisfaction of all concerned. Considering his age I really dont expect him to get too many more opportunities to find the golden goose, which makes me sure that bringing Q M N on stream is the last opportunity he will have to realise his dream.
On the score of management I heartily agree that more assistance is needed in the management section, for no one man can handle the complete running of a company this size on his own.
Regarding share price, as previously stated this is proving to be a traders dream and unfortunately we are in their hands. One cannot blame anyone for cashing in on profits for everyone trading and buying shares has his or her own agenda for doing so and if they want to capitalise on their profits good luck to them.
One thing for sure is that all the speculation, and criticism pertaining to Q M N is not going to do one iota for the company, for it is beyond our control.
I remain very confident on the companys future, and whilst I would like to believe in the very bullish future price predictions my outlook is still "whatever will be, will be"
