Agreed. The company should also advise whether there was (or is going to be) mediation and, if not, then why not? The company needs to try and get this case over with, even if it means accepting a financial penalty. This type of case can create extraordinary legal costs, especially when it goes through multiple levels of appeal up until the High Court.
