Today, Oscar and Shaun visited WAMCapital (ASX: WAM), WAM Microcap (ASX: WMI) and WAM Research (WAM:WAX) holding Beston Global Food Company (ASX: BFC), a SouthAustralian based dairy company, to meet with management andsenior employees.

Beston Global Food Company produces and distributes a range of products such asdairy, meat and water which provide specific nutritional benefits.Beston's products are derived from natural sources with minimalprocessing, allergens and artificial inputs such as colours, flavours andpreservatives.

Oscar and Shaun toured the Jervois Dairy processing facility to gaininsight into the operations and progress being made on lactoferrinproduction capacity expansion to extract higher value proteins and deliverimproved margins. The management team have spent the past two years simplifyingthe corporate structure and operating businesses, while the balance sheet hasbeen restored via asset sales. We believe the company has reached an inflectionpoint, with the upcoming commissioning of the expanded lactoferrin capacity akey catalyst to delivering a sustainable uplift in profitability.
