Thanks Fish, informative as always. I note from this article that TNC are again looking at using the grounds that have been that information was not provided to the minister. These where the only grounds in all of their appeals that was ever upheld in the Shree case, it is the reason for the bill amendment. Looks to me like they will trying the same delaying tactic again, but I get the feeling they are going to come up against some serious opposition this time. They are getting desperate now.
