You can't help but feel what a bunch of w____ers in the Australian court. "a lengthy, complex and expensive discovery" for a $60m claim! If Sedco had a case they would let them look - a few hours of a Maintenance Management IT consultant's time acting for Nexus, looking through work orders and emails would cost less than the court's lunch.
Discovery process!!! Fishing maybe but not justice when you make outlandish claims, hide evidence and hide behind law stuck in the pre-electronic age.
Hopefully the case can be decided without these particular gems - maybe the judge has already determined that.
