just thought I would revisit this issue given that the investor briefing confirmed again that the $67m....
"Represents full outstanding Federal Court claim initiated by Sedco Forex International Inc. against Nexus and its subsidiary Nexus Energy WA Pty Ltd for alleged breach and repudiation of contract relating to Transocean drilling rig. The claim is not expected to be resolved until 2014. Nexus is strenuously defending the claim."
the briefing also confirms that Auriga must be drilled in 2014 as required by the retention lease in feb this year.
could this be a point of negotiation with sedco? perhaps there is some kind of comprised happy ending being discussed in the background?
just thought I would revisit this issue given that the investor...
