    I think that you jest but:

    It would not be a payment to AGS shareholders given that the purchase of the B4M assets would probably be through ACE.

    Given that the Directors of AGS have not previously given Shareholders any say in similar transactions (remember Maldon ?) I would not hold my breath on them agreeing to distribute any proceeds from the sale of ACE.
