Half an hour , courtroom 11 , v hard to hear up the back , not speaking loudly and lawyers have backs to me


mainly just housekeeping,  wanting a day here and there extra for certain documents, expert reports to be produced on both sides

1 production disclosure inconsistent
2 wants disclosure categories broadened. Something about assessment of weights and quality of U concentrates, testing , analysis and reporting
“loss and shortageof product”
3 Looks like heathgate being its usual self . AGs having to subpoena some documents in the possession of h/g that ags wants.Not a big issue as they have previously cooperated
some other documents havent arrived

extension requested for some reports …..only days or so extension so not affecting the trial date
problems getting correct documentation from the USA


main argument is going to be that 25% of production is not easily determined in processing because of something or other and that division will be v difficult
and
that Q and AGS will be directly competing against each other in the U market and for some reason AGS will have a competitive edge over Q and will have the potential to undercut Q


Division will give AGS access to sensitive and confidential info that they have no business in

Q has continued to act in accordance of the marketing plan of 20 sept 2014
The judge granted the extensions but again not affecting the trial date apparently
set aside Friday 8th May 215 for arguing about 2 points , [dont know what points]
he also mentioned an extension for the “Dunlop Report”
