Many thanks Mayfair. Your last paragraph, referring to Q's adherence to the "marketing plan" on September 20th 2015, is intriguing. Does it mean, I wonder, that Q drew up a marketing plan unilaterally; or was the company a signatory to a marketing agreement last year (post reporting for the AGM). I hope (and suspect) the former as it would be harder to get back sales and marketing rights if you were a signatory to a joint agreement in September last year.

Reading back over the announcements it does look (to me) as though there's a lot of action/reaction in the JV relationship and that HG/Q were/are pxssed off with our relationship with Itochu.
