At a guess the only reason I can think of why IG, Gandel Metals and Abbotsleigh would be subpoenaed has something to do with any claim by AGS that HG actions caused it to not be able to meet cash calls.
From memory one of these entities recently provided funding to AGS to help meet a cash call and HG may be trying to exploit the fact that AGS had other options than to not meet cash calls. Still not sure how that may absolve HG from any wrong doing (if they were found to have done so) but cant see any other reason why these entities would be made front the court in this instance.
