I think Friday's hearing will be very interesting. Might be a bit more than just directions:

The Court makes orders in the following terms:
1. The applications FDN 44 and FDN 46 be listed for argument on Friday 8 May 2015 at 2:15 p.m.
2. The defendant is to have until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday 7 May 2015 to file and serve any answering affidavit in relation to the application FDN 44.
3. The defendant is to have until close of business on Thursday 7 May 2015 to file and serve any answering material in relation to the application FDN 46.
4. The defendant is to have until close of business on Tuesday 5 May 2015 to file and serve any application it makes in relation to further and better disclosure.
5. The plaintiff is to have until close of business on Tuesday 5 May 2015 to file and serve any further affidavit in support of the application FDN 46.
6. The time for filing of the Gower report be extended to 16 April 2015.
7. The time for filing of the Dunlop report be extended to 15 April 2015.
8. The time for filing of the Morris report be extended to close of business on 6 May 2015.
