    It looks to me that getting the sales rights back is a formality.

    This will then lead to the big battle of suitable compensation. That's when it's going to get to a whole new level of nasty.

    I think that the BB are resigned to the fact that AGS are entitled to sell their own product, and would move forward happily. It's the compensation that could be the costly part, which is what could determine if we get presented with an offer prior to the trial.

    Personally, I think they are running out of time to submit a decent offer, then for AGS to present it to shareholders for vote. Would mean we have to ask for a new trial date, just in case shareholders reject the offer.

    Just my thoughts.
