Theres a lot more to this episode than what we know from Direction hearings etc imo

The greatest denominator in AGS's favour if they have a win in court is the "Buyer" through the Deloitte Process and how that stands with the BBros. Would it be a problem? imo

Plus whatever damages AGS applies for hopefully, mainly, the end to the Reduction Process.

Without that it makes life easier for the BBros to go about their business with or without AGS as their JV Partner.imo

I also believe that a 25% new Partner is no big deal for the BBros with 100% Management rights in Production phase. imo

I'd like to hear opinions on why posters believe another partner will have the BBros cringing in fear?
