My preference is for there to be an event that catapults AGS well clear of 15c & to put a floor under the share price. I.e buyout

In lieu of that, I think you're right, if AGS was to trade consistently around the 20c mark, that may well be a trigger for option conversion.

I've seem some people doing calcs, 400m/400m. To those people, nope, it should be 400m/460m (if there is an offer prior to Sept). Might still get some of you the Porsche, but, you know, maybe best not to order the heated Steering wheel just yet.
