Agree with the others leaning on the side of the realists / pessimists. GA have settled on the court steps as well as seeing it through and taking the punishment. Most likely they will get slapped with a wet bus ticket if found in the wrong, they certainly are not going to fork out 400m and would quite happily pay a few million in damages. Some of you guys are dreamers and your forgetting in the current scenario they still get to bill us inflated costs for running the operation, why give that up in a hurry. I would expect that success in this trial will lead to more court action by AGS.
The optimists have got it so wrong for so long that the tone of the talk on here is completely baffling. I would much prefer to expect the worst but hope for the best. Im sure some of you are losing sleep over what you are going to spend all the money on.
