    Jason, what are the chances of shareholders being able to refuse/reject an offer, should one be issued to us? My thinking - would IG and co have enough voting powers to get the offer approved/accepted, regardless of what mummy and daddy SHs think?

    If so, a deal could happen very quickly, as I'd be quite confident IG would know his "get out" price.
