With all the operational issues we've just been through (likely the result of lack of mining experience on the board), to appoint a retail/hospitality professional as an exec-director is bizarre. Hope they know that they're doing.

I guess ol' Bruce has more at stake than we do so I hope this is a move he's confident will improve operations and return value to SH - including himself.
